They can choose to accept or decline the request based on their availability. If they accept the request, they will be given the exact location of the pickup and drop-off points.
Once the rider reaches the store or restaurant, they will pick up the items and proceed to the customers location.

When the rider arrives at the customers location, they will hand over the items, and the customer can complete the transaction directly through the app.
